Smartify product warranty terms and how to make a warranty claim.
Coverage
All Smartify products carry a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
Covered:
- Hardware failure under normal operating conditions
- Factory defects in materials or workmanship
Not covered:
- Physical damage, water ingress, or incorrect installation
- Damage from voltage surges or wiring faults
- Products modified outside Smartify-authorised channels
Making a Claim
- Email support@smartify.in with your order number and a description of the issue
- Attach proof of purchase — invoice or order confirmation
- Smartify support will confirm eligibility and arrange replacement or repair
