Register at pro.smartify.in. Verify your phone number via OTP.
Choose partnership type
Select Franchisee or Multi-brand Partner based on your business model.
Business details
Enter company name, GST number, address, and contact information.
Select service categories
Choose which automation categories you specialise in (Security, Lighting, Climate, etc.).
Select serviceable locations
Pick the cities and pin codes you serve. Demand scoring is shown per location.
Pay qualification fee
₹2,500 qualification fee to activate your account.
Account active
Dashboard, estimate builder, and lead pipeline are immediately available.
Lead Subscription Model
Leads come from Smartify's customer portals and are distributed to registered installers in the relevant area.

Lead rules
- Lock-in: Sharing an estimate with a client triggers 30-day exclusivity — no other installer can claim that lead
- Referral: Unused leads can be referred back for credit
- Conversion minimum: 15% conversion rate required to access additional leads
- Pipeline cap: Max 15 active pipeline leads per installer
