Inventory
Browse the product catalog, manage custom devices, and track stock levels.
The Inventory section gives you access to the full Smartify product catalog plus any custom products you've added.
Browsing products
Navigate to Inventory in the sidebar. Use the tabs to switch between:

| All Products | Combined view of catalog and custom products |
| My Products | Only your custom/user-added products |
| Catalog | The global Smartify product catalog |
Filtering
Use the filter panel to narrow results by:
- Category — Switches, Panels, Sensors, Gateways, etc.
- Brand — Smartify or third-party brands
- Price range — minimum and maximum price
- Protocol — Zigbee, WiFi, KNX, etc.
Product details
Click any product to open its detail page:
- Product image gallery
- Category, protocol, and SKU
- Pricing: MRP, selling price, and GST rate
- Overview and use cases
- Installation guide (time, requirements, steps)
- Technical specifications
- Compatible products
- FAQ
Adding custom products
If a device isn't in the Smartify catalog, you can add it as a custom product:
Click Import Devices
Click the Import button on the Inventory page.
Upload a CSV
Prepare a CSV with product details (name, category, price, GST rate, etc.) and upload it.
Review and confirm
The system previews the imported products. Confirm to add them to your My Products list.
Updating stock
Click Update Stock to adjust current stock levels for your products. This helps you track which devices you have on hand.
Catalog products are maintained by Smartify and updated automatically. Pricing syncs periodically — the last sync time is shown at the top of the page.
