Profile & Settings
Update your personal profile, company details, branding, and notification preferences.
The Profile page consolidates all your account settings. Navigate to it from the sidebar or your avatar menu.
Personal profile
Update your name, email, phone number, and profile photo. Click the photo to upload a new image.
Company details
- Company name
- Contact email and phone — verify these via OTP for lead notifications
- GSTIN — required for GST invoices
- Address — street, city, state, and pin code
Custom branding
Custom branding is available on supported subscription plans. When enabled, your branding appears on estimates, PDFs, and client-facing pages.
Customise how your business appears to clients:
- Brand name — your company name on estimates
- Brand logo — upload your company logo
- Favicon — custom browser tab icon
- Email address — outbound email sender address
- Email display name — name shown in client emails
- Primary colour — your brand colour for estimates and the platform theme
Notification preferences
Control how you receive alerts:
Global toggles
- Email notifications — on/off
- WhatsApp notifications — on/off
Per-event preferences
Choose email, WhatsApp, or both for each event type:
- Lead assigned to you
- Lead reallocated
- Shared lead — customer verified
- Shared lead — picked up by another installer
- Shared lead — converted
- Shared lead — expired
Auto follow-up
Enable automatic follow-up messages to customers after you share an estimate:
- WhatsApp follow-ups — automated reminders via WhatsApp
- SMS follow-ups — automated reminders via SMS
Technology preferences
Set your default preferences for new estimates:
- Wiring type: Wireless, Wired, or Both
- Protocols: Zigbee, Z-Wave, KNX, WiFi, etc.
- Brand preferences
- Expert installation: Toggle whether you provide professional installation services
Other settings
- Service categories — update the automation categories your business handles
- Service locations — update cities you serve
- Certifications — add or remove professional certifications
- Experience & team size — update your business profile
Click the floating Save button that appears when you have unsaved changes. All sections are saved together.
