Earn Credits
Share unused leads through the referral program to earn Smartify Pro credits.
The Earn Credits program lets you turn unconverted leads into credits. If you have a lead you couldn't close, share it back to the platform — if the customer verifies their interest, you earn credits.
How it works
Open Earn Credits
Click Earn Credits in the sidebar or navigate from the Leads page.
Fill in the lead details
Enter the customer's information:
- Name
- Phone number
- City (with autocomplete)
- Reason you couldn't close (e.g., budget, timing, chose another provider)
Confirm consent
Confirm that the customer is aware their information is being shared. This is a required step.
Customer verification
The system sends the customer a WhatsApp message to verify their interest in smart home automation. This happens automatically.
Earn credits
If the customer verifies, credits are added to your balance. You can see the status of all your referrals in the Past Referrals table on the same page.
Referral statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | WhatsApp verification sent, waiting for customer response |
| Verified | Customer confirmed — credits awarded |
| Denied | Customer did not verify or declined |
Only share leads where the customer genuinely expressed interest in smart home automation. Sharing unrelated contacts wastes your time and may result in denied referrals.
