Unlocking Leads
How to reveal lead contact details and manage the resulting account change.
All leads start locked — you can see basic information (name, city, interests) but contact details (phone, email) are hidden. Unlocking a lead changes the lead record and reveals the full contact information. It does not spend credits.
How to unlock a lead
Find the lead
Browse the Leads list or pipeline view and find a lead that matches your service area and expertise.
Click Unlock
Click the Unlock button on the lead card. Review the lead’s city, interests, and source before continuing.
Confirm
Click Confirm to change the lead record and reveal the lead's phone number and email.
Contact the customer
Reach out to the customer and move the lead to Contacted status in your pipeline.
