Join an Existing Team
How to join a colleague's existing Smartify Pro organization.
If your company already has a Smartify Pro account, you can join their organization instead of creating a new one.
Verify your phone number
Enter your mobile number (+91) and verify it via WhatsApp OTP.
Choose account type
Select "No, joining an existing business".
Enter organization ID
Ask your team owner or admin for the organization ID and enter it. The system validates the ID and sends a join request to the account owner.
Wait for approval
Your request goes to the organization owner for review. You'll see a Pending Approval screen while waiting. You can:
- Click Check Status to refresh
- Click Cancel Request to withdraw your request
- Click Start a new account to create your own organization instead
Access granted
Once approved, you'll have access to the organization's dashboard, estimates, contacts, and other features based on your assigned role (Member or Admin).
If your request is taking too long, contact your organization's owner directly. They can find the organization ID on the Team Management page.
