Download, share, and track your smart home estimates — PDF generation, WhatsApp sharing, and status management.
Once your estimate report is ready, you can share it with your client and track its progress.
Download the PDF
From the report page, click Download PDF to save a professional estimate document with:
- Cover page with your company branding
- Room-by-room device summary
- Floor plan layout
- Full device catalog with pricing
- GST breakdown and grand total
Share with your client
Click Share
On the report page, click the Share button to open the sharing dialog.
Choose sharing method
- WhatsApp: Sends the estimate PDF directly to the client's WhatsApp number
- Shareable link: Generates a link you can send via any channel
Track estimate status
After sharing, update the estimate status to keep your pipeline organised:
Mark as Sent
When you share the estimate, it automatically moves to Sent status.
Mark as Accepted or Rejected
Use the Mark As dropdown on the report page to update the status when the client responds. A confirmation dialog ensures you don't change status accidentally.
You can also lock a lead from the report page if the estimate contains a majority of Smartify products. Locking reserves the customer for your account for 90 days — no other Smartify dealer can share an estimate with that client during this period.
Print the estimate
Click Print on the report page to send the estimate directly to your printer.
